As of July 1, 2024 the City of Fossil is now accepting utility payments through NEXBILLPAY. They accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and AMEX. A fee will be assessed to each credit/debit or ACH payment. To make a payment via telephone contact 1-888-612-8170.
