As of July 1, 2022 the City of Fossil is now accepting utility payments through doxo. They accept VISA, MasterCard, Discover, and Apple Pay. A 3.00% fee will be assessed to each credit/debit payment. Avoid a fee altogether and use your bank account through doxo. That’s right you can submit free bank account payments through doxo.
